The ILO/PVFM/VCD Support Collective Network is a compassionate and inclusive community dedicated to offering unwavering support to individuals affected by ILO (Inducible Laryngeal Obstruction), EILO (Exercise-Induced Laryngeal Obstruction), VCD (Vocal Cord Dysfunction), PVFM (Paradoxical Vocal Fold Movement), and laryngospasms. We understand the challenges of living with these conditions, and our mission is to empower, connect, and provide a safe space for those navigating these often mismanaged and misunderstood disorders.

Our support group is led by Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and patients diagnosed who are experienced in dealing with these conditions, ensuring a nurturing environment that prioritizes emotional and social support. Through occasional guest lectures by medical professionals and SLPs, we aim to promote knowledge and awareness while fostering a sense of community. Additionally, we offer story time sessions where individuals can share their personal journeys, providing inspiration and reassurance to those facing these disorders.

It's essential to note that our group does not offer medical advice, and medical advice will not be provided. Our focus is solely on emotional and social support, giving a voice to those affected and helping them navigate their unique challenges.
